Transmission Line Design Intern
I have been a Transmission Line Design Intern on Entergy’s Power Delivery team since May 2024.
During my second summer with Entergy, I worked as a Transmission Line Design intern, contributing to several ongoing projects. My work included using PLS-CADD to evaluate distribution crossings, gathering line data requested by the Transmission Planning group, and retrieving BAK files for lines without LiDAR data.
At the conclusion of the internship, I delivered a formal presentation on my work and takeaways. The recorded presentation can be viewed on the left, and the accompanying slides are available below.

KSL Interns at Entergy’s Power Plant in New Orleans.
Student Intern
My first internship with Entergy was at their Key Strings Lab, the innovation organization of Entergy. I was a student intern there from May 2023 to August 2023.
While on the Key Strings Lab team, I assisted with the production of KSL’s Fleet Electrification Calculator. The calculator’s purpose is to compare internal combustion engine (ICE) fleets to electric fleets over a ten-year span using CO2 emissions and total operational savings. I also took part in a peer utility company research project, which is thoroughly explained in this presentation.
